Gooey Vegan Brownies (Gf)

Who doesn’t love warm, gooey, fudgy brownies! This recipe is is just the answer to your chocolate cravings, they are easy to make, good for ya, and perfectly decadent!

They are perfect on their own, toasted up and topped with nondairy ice cream or peanut butter, and as a snack with some coffee or matcha!

Gooey Vegan & Gf Brownies

Makes 6 brownies

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut flour (or arrowroot powder to make them chewy like cosmic brownies!)

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix until all incorporated.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix again.

  4. Pour the batter into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Let cool all the way before slicing (the set sooo much better if you wait, it’s the hardest part but worth it!) then enjoy!
