4-Ingredient Fluffy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls! (no yeast!)

Feeling like a cinnamon roll (or whatever you choose to fill it with!) but looking for a much simpler version? This is it! No yeast involved, these 4 ingredient vegan rolls are quick and delicious!

Vegan Cinnamon (or cranberry/fruit) Rolls

Makes 6-8 mini rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweetened non-dairy yogurt (5.3 oz size, a little more than 1/2 a cup, I used a sweetened vanilla coconut yogurt)

  • 1 cup whole wheat or white flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • a pinch of salt and cinnamon

For the filling:

  • I used homemade cranberry sauce for some (cranberries cooked with maple syrup) and almond butter with vegan marshmallows for some!

  • You can also do vegan butter with cinnamon, mashed banana and peanut butter, or any nut butter/fruit/spice combo!

For the icing:

  • mix powdered sugar with a littleee bit of nondairy milk until drizzly, add vanilla if you would like

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until a dough is formed, it shouldnโ€™t stick to your hands but also shouldnโ€™t be crumbly!

  3. Roll out into a rectangle, then spread over your fillings and roll it up.

  4. Slice into even rolls and place in a baking pan.

  5. Bake for around 20-25 minutes until nice and golden, let cool and enjoy!

  6. Drizzle over top some icing if you fancy!
