4-Ingredient Fluffy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls! (no yeast!)
Feeling like a cinnamon roll (or whatever you choose to fill it with!) but looking for a much simpler version? This is it! No yeast involved, these 4 ingredient vegan rolls are quick and delicious!
Vegan Cinnamon (or cranberry/fruit) Rolls
Makes 6-8 mini rolls
Ingredients:
1 sweetened non-dairy yogurt (5.3 oz size, a little more than 1/2 a cup, I used a sweetened vanilla coconut yogurt)
1 cup whole wheat or white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt and cinnamon
For the filling:
I used homemade cranberry sauce for some (cranberries cooked with maple syrup) and almond butter with vegan marshmallows for some!
You can also do vegan butter with cinnamon, mashed banana and peanut butter, or any nut butter/fruit/spice combo!
For the icing:
mix powdered sugar with a littleee bit of nondairy milk until drizzly, add vanilla if you would like
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until a dough is formed, it shouldnโt stick to your hands but also shouldnโt be crumbly!
Roll out into a rectangle, then spread over your fillings and roll it up.
Slice into even rolls and place in a baking pan.
Bake for around 20-25 minutes until nice and golden, let cool and enjoy!
Drizzle over top some icing if you fancy!
