Chia Pudding Cauldrons (V, Gf)

A spooky breakfast, snack or dessert that is full of healthy omegas, all the benefits of spirulina (antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, etc!) while tasting sweet and delicious! Plus you can top it with practically anything and make it ahead of time!

Chia Pudding Cauldrons!

Makes 2-3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian spirulina

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions:

  1. Mix everything together and let sit overnight.

  2. After letting it set, mix again and serve! Top with granola, cereal, fruit, chocolate chips, vegan caramel, or anything you want! I topped the ones in the photo with chocolate rice crisps, vegan chocolate chips, and chocolate coconut caramel!
